Positive: Very neat and modern close to the city.
Negative: Way too hot upstairs. Fans supplied were way too big and noisey and only pushed hot air around the top floor. Very tricky to park a car in the garages as house is attached to others and turning area extremely limited. House directly attached left outside light on all night which shone right into one bedroom - not the hosts fault but it’s all attached so a neighbour’s lights will shine into bedroom.
